What it does

Replies to cold email are rarely a clean yes or no. "Not right now", "send me more info" and an out-of-office each need a different answer, and the wrong one closes the door.

Reply classifier tells you what kind of reply you have, shows you the words that gave it away, and writes the answer to send back.

How it works

  1. Paste a reply you got to a cold email.
  2. We tell you what kind of reply it is: interested, an objection, not now, out of office, an opt-out or a bounce, with the words that gave it away.
  3. You get an answer written for that kind of reply: a way to book the call, a short answer to the objection, or a polite note that keeps the door open.
  4. When no answer is needed, you get what to do instead, like the date to follow up after someone is back.

Getting the most from it

  • Answer interested replies the same day. Speed matters more than the wording.
  • Honour every opt-out straight away, and take the address off every sequence it is on.
