What it does
Cold email volume is limited by your setup, not your list. Send too much from too few mailboxes, or from domains that are too new, and you burn the domains before the campaign starts.
Sending capacity calculator works backwards from the number you want to send each day to the domains and mailboxes it takes, and walks the warm-up week by week so you know when you can actually send.
How it works
- Enter the number of cold emails you want to send each day.
- We work out how many sending domains and mailboxes that takes, and how many mailboxes to put on each domain so one blacklisting cannot take out your whole setup.
- The warm-up is walked week by week: new domains send nothing real for their first weeks, each mailbox starts low and earns more volume every healthy week, and warm-up mail counts against what each domain can carry.
- You see the day you first send real email, the day you reach your target, and what your setup sends at every step.
Getting the most from it
- If your domains are already a few months old, or you run warm-up at a different level, enter that. It changes the timeline a lot.
- Buy the domains the day you decide. The warm-up clock, not the copywriting, is usually what holds a campaign back.
