What it does
Inboxes decide whether to trust your mail before anyone reads it, by checking a handful of public DNS records. If one is missing or wrong, good mail lands in spam and nobody tells you why.
Email domain health reads those records the way receiving mail servers do and, for every problem, gives you the exact record to add or change at your DNS provider. Everything is shown in full, no account needed.
How it works
- Enter the domain you send email from.
- We read its SPF record (who may send for you), its DKIM key (proof a message is yours), its DMARC policy (what inboxes do with fakes), its MX records (where your mail is received) and the blacklists spam filters consult.
- Each check comes back pass, fail or warn, with the reason.
- Every problem comes with the exact record to paste at your DNS provider.
Getting the most from it
- Run it again after you change DNS. Records can take a while to show up everywhere.
- If you send cold email, check every sending domain, not only your main one.
